Above & Beyond New Year’s Eve 2020
About this Event
There is no place on the planet as exciting to spend NYE as New York City. On Tuesday, December 31, titans of the electronic music genre ABOVE & BEYOND will ring in 2020 with a special headline show at an incredible cavernous location in the Bronx–the 60,000 sq foot New York Expo Center.

Presented by Above & Beyond’s most trusted label for quality music Anjunabeats and New York nightlife impresario DEG Presents (formerly RPM Presents), Jono, Tony and Paavo return to one of their favorite cities for the biggest party of the year.

Above & Beyond have crystallized something that lay at the heart of everything they’ve achieved over their 17 years together. From developing that groundbreaking radio show to touring the world’s best clubs and most illustrious venues; from establishing a thriving, multi-artist label to building a peerless catalogue of artist albums; from creating iconic dance anthems to curating soulful acoustic rerubs, one thing stands out. That is: Above & Beyond have carved out a unique space in music and culture, one that reaches far beyond their electronic roots. In so doing, Jono, Paavo and Tony have created something special: a common ground where all sorts of people and ideas can come together. Celebration, kinship, community – it’s the A&B way.

Being a New York native and the youngest of a big Italian family have both greatly influenced Eric’s style of relentless and brutally honest comedy.

With over 98K followers on Instagram and millions of views on YouTube, Eric D’Alessandro is taking the comedy world by storm. Social media has given him the ability to create content that is both relatable and timely to the behaviors and lives of everyday Americans.

Eric’s comedic impressions and uncensored musical rhetoric compose the highlights of his viral YouTube videos, including his popular “Maria Marie” series and “#MariaMogi” series.

Eric has sold out every show he has held, including iPlay America with its arena of over 1,300 seats. A pivotal moment in his career was moving cross-country from New York to Los Angeles to follow his passion as a creative.

Living in Los Angeles has given him the opportunity to explore his talents as a producer, writer, director, and actor.

Eric has been featured on podcasts, TV shows, and most notably in the motion-picture “Nerve” alongside Emma Roberts and Dave Franco. Upon seeing his videos which have gone viral, the directors outreached Eric and wrote him into the script.

About this Event

JUDGE JOHN HODGMAN and BAILIFF JESSE THORN are riding the circuit to bring LIVE JUSTICE to a stage near you.

Direct from JUDGE JOHN HODGMAN PODCAST (named FIFTEENTH in Rolling Stone’s top 20 comedy podcasts!), Judge Hodgman and Bailiff Thorn are bringing their mix of non-swearing comedy, pop culture obsession, and sheer, unadulterated FAKE LEGAL WISDOM to the stage.

Along with musical guest Juliana Hatfield, other surprises, and live justice lightning rounds, each show will feature a number of live hearings between people in BOSTON. Judge Hodgman will listen to both sides and then tell them WHO IS RIGHT and WHO IS WRONG.

Previous disputes have included:

-is a hot dog a sandwich?

-when is it may someone else’s Chinese food be legally considered abandoned property?

-is it OK to rifle through the trash for prize coupons in a Canadian pizza parlor?

-will you order my mom to buy me a motorcycle and a vape pen?

If you have a long-simmering fight with a friend or loved one that you’d finally like resolved, submit your case to maximumfun.org/jjho and specify that you wish to be heard LIVE ON STAGE and tell us where you live. If we pick your case, YOU GET IN FREE.

Or, just shut your pie hole and come and enjoy this very rare live tour of JUDGE JOHN HODGMAN: LIVE JUSTICE.
