Key Highlights of Presenting Company:

Pioneering the next wave of AI powered humanoid robotics designed for real world human interaction, with applications spanning entertainment, hospitality, customer engagement, and adult companionship.

Built around lifelike, modular robots with advanced vision, speech, and emotional recognition, Realbotix has successfully deployed its technology in unscripted public environments, proving commercial viability well beyond the lab or demo stage.

The platform combines high margin hardware sales with recurring software and subscription revenue, supporting multiple AI models and use cases while enabling rapid customization and global scalability.

At the dinner, management will also discuss a newly formed spin off focused specifically on the adult companionship market, an area where demand, pricing power, and media attention converge, and where Realbotix already holds a significant technological and brand lead.

With patented IP, limited direct competition, and exposure to what many believe will be one of the largest emerging markets of the next decade, this is a rare opportunity to hear firsthand how physical AI is moving from novelty to monetization.

George Saunders presents Vigil, with Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah @ Congregation Beth Elohim 271 Garfield Place Brooklyn, NY 11215 United States
Jan 26 all-day

Overview
Booker Prize winner and National Book Award finalist George Saunders presents Vigil at Congregation Beth Elohim.
Booker Prize winner and National Book Award finalist George Saunders joins us at Congregation Beth Elohim to discuss his new novel, Vigil. He’ll be in conversation with Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah, author of Chain-Gang All-Stars and Friday Black.

Tickets include a hardcover copy of Vigil, which will be available for pickup at the event. Books will be pre-signed and you will have the opportunity to have them personalized by George Saunders.

Doors open at 6:30 PM.

About Vigil:

A wise, playful, electric novel from the #1 New York Times bestselling, Booker Prize–winning author of Lincoln in the Bardo, taking place at the bedside of an oil company CEO in the twilight hours of his life as he is ferried from this world into the next.

Not for the first time, Jill “Doll” Blaine finds herself hurtling toward earth, reconstituting as she falls, right down to her favorite black pumps. She plummets towards her newest charge, yet another soul she must usher into the afterlife, and lands headfirst in the circular drive of his ornate mansion.

She has performed this sacred duty 343 times since her own death. Her charges, as a rule, have been greatly comforted in their final moments. But this charge, she soon discovers, isn’t like the others: the powerful K. J. Boone will not be consoled, because he has nothing to regret. He lived a big, bold life, and the world is better for it. Isn’t it?

Vigil transports us, careening, through the wild final evening of an epic, complicated life. Crowds of people and animals—worldly and otherworldly, alive and dead—arrive, clamoring for a reckoning. Birds swarm the dying man’s room, a black calf grazes on the love seat, a man from a distant, drought-ravaged village materializes, two oil-business cronies from decades past show up with chilling plans for Boone’s postdeath future.

With the acuity and explosive imagination we’ve come to expect, George Saunders takes on the gravest issues of our time—the menace of corporate greed, the toll of capitalism, the environmental perils of progress—and, in the process, spins a tale that encompasses life and death, good and evil, and the thorny question of absolution.

George Saunders is the author of thirteen books, including the novel Lincoln in the Bardo, which won the Booker Prize, and the story collections Pastoralia and Tenth of December, which was a finalist for the National Book Award. He has received fellowships from the Lannan Foundation, the American Academy of Arts and Letters, and the Guggenheim Foundation. He is the recipient of a MacArthur Fellowship and a PEN/Malamud Award for Excellence in Short Fiction, and was included in Time’s list of the one hundred most influential people in the world. He teaches in the creative writing program at Syracuse University.

Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah is the New York Times-bestselling author of Friday Black. His work has appeared in The New York Times Book Review, Esquire, The Paris Review, and elsewhere. He was a National Book Foundation’s “5 Under 35” honoree, the winner of the PEN/Jean Stein Book Award and the Saroyan Prize, and a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle’s John Leonard Award for Best First Book, along with many other honors. Raised in Spring Valley, New York, he now lives in the Bronx.

Try Curling 2025-2026 Season (Winter) @ LeFrak Center at Lakeside Prospect Park Brooklyn 171 East Drive Brooklyn, NY 11225 United States
Feb 1 all-day

Overview
Learn the basic skills of curling and how to play full game.
Like millions worldwide, you were captivated. The first time you saw Curling on TV, you had so many questions. What’s sweeping for? How do they glide on the ice? Could I do that? The short answer is “yes, you can!”

Try Curling is designed for people who have never curled before. In this 90-minute on the ice session, you will learn everything you need to know to play and appreciate the Olympic sport of curling:

Rules and scoring
Sliding and delivering the stone
Sweeping – why we do it, how it’s done
Basic strategy
Curling etiquette and culture
Following instruction, we will play a mini-game so you can test your skills on this ice!

Complimentary beer and water is available after your session.

What will you need to bring?

Clothes with a full range of motion. We advise against jeans. Also, victorian hoop-skirts. Those won’t help either.
Layers. Lakeside rink is covered but semi-exposed. Even if it’s cold out, you will be engaging in athletic activity, so you’ll want the option to remove a layer.
Wear athletic shoes. If you can curl in high heels, you should be the instructor.
Otherwise, we provide all the curling equipment and a room to store your bags while you’re on the ice.
LOCATION: LeFrak Center at Lakeside, Prospect Park, 171 East Dr, Brooklyn NY 11225. Take the Q train to Parkside Av. or otherwise find your way to the Parkside and Ocean Avenue entrance to Prospect Park, enter the park and walk up the hill.

REFUNDS: Due to the nature of booking ice time and instructors, we unfortunately canont offer refunds to this event after 30 days before the event.

WEATHER OR FACILITY CANCELLATION: On rare occasions we have to reschedule or cancel due to weather or facility issues. If this happens, we will attempt to reschedule you. Please check your email on the day of the event to make sure we are still curling. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to reschedule you. If that is the case, you will be refunded.

Mahler in New York @ The National Arts Club 15 Gramercy Park South New York, NY 10003 United States
Feb 9 all-day

Overview
Film screening and followed with a Q&A with Gustav Mahler and Hilan Warshaw.
As both composer and conductor, Gustav Mahler was one of the most pivotal figures of late-nineteenth-century European music. But the final years of his life were largely spent in New York City. Here, among the bustle of Manhattan’s Upper West Side and 59th Street, he worked on his last symphonies, transformed New York’s musical life through his leadership of both the New York Philharmonic and the Metropolitan Opera, and confronted the greatest emotional crisis of his life. Mahler in New York is a new documentary by Hilan Warshaw that recreates these momentous last years in the life of an émigré genius, through archival sources, interviews, musical performances, and modern-day location footage. The film screening will be followed by a Q & A with Hilan Warshaw.
