Get ready to party! We’re bringing you the best brisket you can get your hands on at Brisket King NYC’s 14th annual celebration on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at Pig Beach BBQ.

20+ chefs and restaurants from New York City and beyond serve up their most mouthwatering slices of brisket as they throw down for the Brisket King NYC Crown. They’ll be slinging everything from low and slow Texas BBQ to flavors from around the world, and you get to try every bite with all-inclusive Brisket King NYC tickets.

You read that right: at Brisket King NYC, try each piece of brisket from all the chefs and restaurants, then wash it down with samples of spirits, wine, craft beer, and hard cider.

After you’ve tried everything, help choose the winner of this year’s Brisket King NYC People’s Choice Award by voting for your favorite forkful, and grab a front row spot as we crown the 2026 Brisket King.

Friends of Firefighters is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides independent, confidential, and free mental health counseling and wellness services to active and retired FDNY firefighters and their family members.
