Despite Ethiopia’s complex business environment, the Ethiopian government has made further strides towards strengthening the private sector, by opening up certain parts of the economy to privatization. This should act as a further boost to the country’s economic growth. The decision is the latest in a series of reforms announced by the Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed.
