The program:
Jan 15: Fundraising workshop with Olivia Fox Cabane.

Jan 16: The Expo. There will be exhibitors from every part of the Alternative Protein Landscape. There were also be optional workshops to facilitate networking, and breakout sessions with some of the industry’s most innovative thinkers.

Jan 17: Silicon Valley VC tour, where companies in town for the show can meet VCs throughout the Bay.
