Arlan Hamilton built a venture capital fund from the ground up, while homeless. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of Backstage Capital, a fund that is dedicated minimizing disparities in tech by investing in high-potential BIPOC and LGBTQ founders. Since its founding in 2015, Backstage has raised $20 million and has invested in more than 200 startups.

Lana Schupbach is a highly acclaimed television producer with an illustrious career spanning nearly two decades, marked by five Daytime Emmy nominations and a wealth of experience in both cable and network TV.
In her most recent role as the Senior Producer of the globally renowned TODAY show on NBC, Lana showcased exceptional leadership, steering an award-winning team to craft captivating and innovative content for millions of viewers. Her tenure included a notable achievement in 2019 when she assumed the role of Senior Producer for “Cheers to KLG,” a special week- long series honoring the legendary television anchor, Kathie Lee Gifford.
Later that same year, Lana successfully launched and produced “Today with Hoda & Jenna,” collaborating closely with anchors Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager to introduce a compelling new hour of TODAY.
In early 2023, after a distinguished career at NBC, Lana transitioned to a new chapter by founding her own media consulting firm, Autumn Lane Productions (ALP). At ALP, Lana takes a hands-on approach, collaborating closely with clients to elevate their media exposure, adeptly structure and disseminate their messaging, and establish strategic partnerships with prominent media outlets.
Beyond her successful television career and entrepreneurial ventures, Lana nurtures a lifelong passion for acting, achieving recent success in front of the camera with a number of roles.
