Cierra Gross is the founder and CEO of Worklution, pioneering workplace advocacy through two brands she bootstrapped to $1M+ revenue in two years. Through Caged Bird HR, she provides independent HR support to employees nationwide, while Wrk Receipts is a free AI powered app that tells employees in real time if their workplace rights have been violated. Prior to founding Worklution, she led HR initiatives at Google and ExxonMobil. She holds a Political Science degree from UNC Greensboro and a Master’s in HR from the University of South Carolina.
Marjorie Mesidor is a Managing Partner at Mesidor PLLC. Ms. Mesidor regularly prosecutes employment actions against Fortune 500 companies and smaller organizations accused of discrimination including claims of sexual misconduct. She has had overwhelming success, achieving over $67,000,000 in verdicts, awards and settlements for her clients.
